What is your availability?

Gretchen: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm
Emmy: Monday 3pm-6pm & Wednesday 3pm-6pm

What age range do you offer services to?

While we will treat all ages, our primary demographic falls between the ages 12-35. We offer therapeutic services around anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, and trauma recovery.

How do I decide on a therapist?

Selecting the right therapist for you is extremely important. Some research shows that the therapeutic relationship can account for as much as 70% of the therapy outcome. You should be and have the right to be- choosey.  Your therapist should be someone you feel comfortable with, who you feel safe with, and who you think “gets” you.  You can expect to know if a therapist is a good fit for you within 3 sessions.

Can I talk to you first before scheduling?

Yes. We offer a free 20-minute consultation prior to a session so you can get a feel for Little Bird Therapy and how we work.  We will spend time talking with you and discussing your needs and goals for therapy.  If at the end of the call, you wish to schedule, we can proceed from there.

How often will I need to attend therapy and for how long?

This depends on the individual and the severity of symptoms. It can vary from weekly to monthly sessions and can continue for months to over a year. On average most folks attend weekly and complete therapy in about 6 months. Sessions are 45-50 minutes.

Do you provide telehealth or in person services?

While we mainly offer in person services, we also telehealth services through a HIPPA compliant provider.
